We offer a flexible ad hoc, or regular monthly visits, to meet the individual needs and adapt to the size of your company. We appreciate exact numbers may not be known in advance, and provide the flexibility for session length choice via on-the day scheduling.
To enable this, we offer (3 hour) half day and (6 hour) full day rates, with optional add on hours, in advance as required.
Within your chosen length of visit, you will then have the choice to allocate employees with either 10, 15 or 20 minute sessions, to suit and maximise the number of employees and interested parties on the day.
This flexibility allows for companies to provide seated massage from a minimum of 14, up to 26 employees per day!

In today’s fast-paced working environment, many organisations are facing the same challenge:
How do we protect our people from burnout, support wellbeing, and keep our teams motivated, focused, and performing at their best?
You already know that your people are your greatest asset. You want to retain talented employees, improve morale, and create a workplace culture where people feel valued — not just productive.
That’s where we come in.
We bring professional, experienced seated acupressure massage directly into your workplace, creating moments of calm, connection, and restoration within the working day.
Through the power of safe, therapeutic touch, our qualified massage therapists help employees step out of the constant demands of work and into a state of relaxation and renewal — without leaving the office.
Even a short session can become a meaningful reminder:
“Your wellbeing matters.”
Modern work often keeps the body in a state of constant activation — deadlines, screens, decision-making, pressure, and mental overload can leave the nervous system stuck in a heightened stress response.
Research into the nervous system, including the role of the vagus nerve and parasympathetic activation, highlights the importance of creating opportunities for the body to shift from “fight-or-flight” into a calmer state of regulation and recovery.
Touch is one of the most fundamental ways humans experience safety and connection.
Our seated acupressure massage helps support:
✓ Reduced feelings of stress and tension
✓ Mental clarity and renewed focus
✓ A calmer, more regulated nervous system
✓ Improved energy and workplace morale
✓ A positive wellbeing experience employees remember
The organisations that thrive are those that understand wellbeing is not separate from performance.
When employees feel cared for, they are more likely to feel engaged, valued, and connected.
A workplace massage session can become:
A reward for achievement
A boost during demanding periods
A wellbeing initiative that strengthens culture
A practical way to show appreciation
We make corporate wellbeing simple.

Seated Acupressure Massage – Traditional Technique, Modern Workplace Application
Seated Acupressure Massage is rooted in traditional Eastern therapeutic practices that focus on whole body balance, combining targeted acupressure point stimulation with soft tissue massage techniques, designed for the workplace environment. The treatment is delivered fully clothed using a highly comfortable, specialised massage chair, and focuses on key acupressure points along the body’s meridian pathways to target wellbeing of both internal systems, mental clarity and musckuloskeletal tension.
Unlike a standard shoulder massage, our therapists combine the seated acupressure sequence and traditional deep tissue massage, to address the interconnected nature of the body targeting accupressure points specifically across the neck, shoulders, upper back to resolve tension build up. This is complimented with work on accupressure points in the arms, hands, head and upper hips to ease muscular tightness and promote a feeling of rebalance, restoration, and mental clarity.
Each session can be adapted to suit individual needs, with therapists adjusting pressure, focus areas and techniques according to personal preference, comfort and areas of tension. This makes Seated Acupressure Massage a versatile treatment suitable for a wide range of employees, from those experiencing physical strain to those seeking a restorative and refreshing pause within the working day.
Bringing seated acupressure massage into your workplace or event is simple and convenient. All that is required is a private or quiet space of approximately 2m x 3m to accommodate the specialist massage chair and allow the therapist to work comfortably around each client.
Whilst we offer our popular 20-minute seated acupressure massage sessions, treatments can also be tailored into shorter 10–15 minute sessions, making them ideal for busy offices, conferences, events, well-being days and employee appreciation initiatives.
Delivered fully clothed, seated acupressure massage is the perfect solution for a professional, smooth and effective treatments for multiple parties.
