Sessions come as short 5 minute sessions, for unlimited numbers who wish to view and join in.
These pre-recorded sessions are available on purchase as part of an on-site massage subscription, for Monday - Friday stretch routines, to be used and practised daily, to complement on-site acupressure massage visits by one of our speciality therapists.

Yogalate is the combination of yoga and pilates, to provide a full body stretch, calm and destress experience.
Employees can join in these virtual sessions as home or office workers, to embark on short, highly effective yogalates stretch and strengthen sessions Each session is conducted by one of our qualified instructors, who will instruct and demonstrate movements for all to follow.
