At Mind and Body Therapy our aim is to help your workforce thrive, and naturally, some people require a little more support to thrive at work, than others.
We offer businesses optional ad hoc a block sessions (4-6 session) for individual employees may benefit from our easy-to-access online sessions below.
Names of employees engaging in counselling and NLP sessions will remain anonymous through the use of randomly generated codes, for use by employees on an individual basis.
Each 50 minute session is conducted online, by qualified practitioners, and fully catered to the individuals needs.
Common aims include but are not limited to:
NLP Online Return to Work Support (virtual) - Available for employees returning to work after a long term absence or noted repeated regular short term absences
Online Well-being Sessions (virtual) - Talking therapy sessions targeting mental health and emotionally-based issues negatively impacting everyday existence and working life
NLP Online Coaching Sessions (virtual) - Coaching sessions designed to identify and promote specific work-related goals and supporting productivity in the workplace

How many Online Well-being Sessions per employee
Each individual employee is given the option of up to 6 online sessions dependent on need. In some cases, just 1 or 2 session may be enough, depending on the employees requirements. More can be provided on agreement with the company.
What are the times and dates of Online Well-being Sessions?
Online Sessions are to be agreed between the employee and practitioner and conducted around work commitments so as to not disturb the working day.
How frequency will Online Well-being Sessions be conducted?
In working under a pluralistic approach to well-being sessions, online well-being sessions frequency will be matched to the needs of the employee. Short term intense work may last 6 x 6 weeks, or goal orientated work may be spread out of over 6 months. Your practitioner will discuss and identify with you in an initial consultation the key issues and aim of sessions, to agree together the number and frequency of subsequent sessions.
Can I request additional Online Well-being Sessions?
Where additional sessions are required outside of the purchased package of sessions, we will contact the business to request and confirm additional sessions prior to the commencement of these. Please note, the identity of the person requesting additional Online NLP Well-being Sessions will not be revealed to any persons in the company when making this additional session request.

Our NLP Online Well-being Sessions are here to assist you in home and work related stresses to help you cope both in and out of work. The NLP Online Well-being Session are suitable for anyone suffering with low mood, low motivation, feelings of depression, anxiety, feeling isolated, dealing with loss, relationship difficulties, change or other events that are negatively affecting them in life, and at work.
All sessions are entirely anonymous and confidential, that is, we will not disclose who, or discuss content of our sessions with your employer or anyone else.
Businesses have the option of purchasing in advance a package of online well-being sessions to be used across a 12 month period by any number of employees, per company needs.
